At River’s Edge, we understand that building or remodeling a home can be a daunting task. That’s why we strive to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible. We provide guidance and support every step of the way, from the initial design consultation to the completion of the project. Our experienced project managers will ensure that your new construction or remodeling project is completed to your satisfaction.
Getting Started
We provide custom care and guidance through each step of the process.
1.
Request Estimate
Our Sales team will put together an estimate that will be emailed to you at the email address provided at the time of the meeting.
2.
Approve Estimate
Our Sales team will set up a time to meet with you to sign the final contract.
3.
The Schedule
Your project will be added to our schedule. We will communicate the start date and other service call times with you.
4.
Walk Through
Once work on your project is complete, your Project Manager will conduct a Final Walk Thru with you. At this time you will sign off on the completed work.

Process
The coordination of the trades is an integral part of the process, both prior to construction and during the construction process. Our team will go above and beyond to schedule and coordinate to ensure your project runs smoothly and efficiently. With that being said, issues such as weather, material shortage, etc. can always arise. Our team will do our best to rectify these issues as soon as possible and will always provide you honesty and integrity during this time.
Reporting
During the construction process, we will provide up-to-date information with respect to changes that have occurred, through the Buildertrend program. This program is used to communicate with our customers and tracks all change orders, emails and scheduling throughout the project.
Design & Drawings

Inspections & Occupancy
All permitting and final certificates of occupancy will be applied for by River's Edge Construction through the local jurisdiction the project is located within.
