Aaron Kraft is the owner of Rivers Edge Construction & Remodeling, where he leads the company with a focus on quality craftsmanship, strong relationships, and creating a remodeling experience homeowners can feel confident in from start to finish.

With years of hands-on experience in construction and remodeling, Aaron understands both the details that make a project successful and the importance of having the right team behind it. His experience in the field continues to shape the way he leads Rivers Edge today, from overseeing operations and supporting the team to building trusted relationships with clients, trade partners, and the community.

As the sole owner of Rivers Edge, Aaron is focused on building on the company’s strong foundation while leading it into its next chapter. His goal is not simply to grow the business, but to continually raise the standard for residential remodeling in the Fort Wayne area by improving the client experience, investing in his team, and delivering work that reflects the level of care and craftsmanship Rivers Edge is known for.

Aaron believes success is measured by more than the number of projects completed. It is found in the trust earned with homeowners, the relationships built along the way, the quality of the finished work, and creating a company that both clients and employees are proud to be part of.

Outside of Rivers Edge, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife, Kearstin, and their three children. His faith and family are central to the way he approaches leadership, business, and life, and they continue to shape his commitment to serving others with integrity, humility, and purpose.

Jodi has been working in the construction industry for over 25 years! You’ll find her behind the scenes handling things such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, proposals, setting up new jobs, and more.

When she isn’t busy managing the office for River’s Edge, she spends as much time as she can with her grandchildren and working in the yard.

Kearstin has been working in the marketing industry for the last 4 years. She enjoys creating, designing, and making sure Rivers Edge is promoted in the best way. 

When she isn’t working she is a busy wife and mom to her three children. She enjoys spending time outside and in our community with her family.

Drake has 6 years experience in the construction industry ranging from cleaning , painting and flooring. He strives to bring quality service and assist in making jobs run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Outside of work he is a father of one and he likes to spend time with family and friends and hit the gym.

Andrew brings over 10 years of construction experience and holds a degree in Construction Management. His background includes project coordination, client relations, and overseeing construction operations with a strong focus on quality craftsmanship, communication, and efficiency.

In addition to his professional career, Andrew proudly serves in the United States Air Force, where he continues to develop the leadership, discipline, and commitment that he brings to every project. He is dedicated to providing clients with a seamless construction experience while helping bring their vision to life with professionalism and attention to detail.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Granthem holds a degree in Business Management with a minor in Supply Chain Management and is continually pursuing opportunities to expand his knowledge and experience within the construction industry. He is dedicated to delivering the Rivers Edge difference through professionalism, strong communication, and a commitment to serving clients at a high level.

Outside of work, Granthem enjoys spending time with friends and family and taking advantage of the outdoors whenever he can.
